I provide tele-health services to adults, children, and couples. I am licensed in both Texas and Virginia.
I serve both individuals with insurance and those who prefer private pay.

I am a father to 2 adults and grandfather to 4 children, ages 18, 11, 9, and 4. I’m from Texas but currently live in Virginia. I also have a 1-year-old puppy named Belle

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical, and mindfulness practices, to help the individuals I serve overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in a holistic approach where I treat the Person as well as the symptoms.
