I serve both individuals with insurance and those ho prefer private pay,

I have been a Social Worker for all of my adult life and a Clinical Social Worker for over 18 years. I am an Army Veteran,( Behavioral Health Officer), serving a total of 18 years in the Army National Guard and Active Auty, Military Civilian and Veterans Affairs.
I am a father to 2 adults and grandfather to 4 children, ages 18, 10, 9 and 4

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help the individuals I serve overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in a holistic approach where I treat the Person as well as the Symptoms
